including information on traffic congestion and traffic restrictions, to car navigation systems in real time via FM multiplex broadcasting and beacons.
VICS information consists of road traffic information provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by VICS.
It can be used by VICS-compatible car navigation systems for route search and traffic congestion avoidance.
